Years ago, God planted a vision in the hearts of Rick & Pamela Cowan to reach out to those in need spiritually, physically and emotionally. As you look through this website, we hope that you will understand what our heart is and that our desire is to serve our HEAVENLY FATHER and to love our neighbor as ourselves.  IT'S ABOUT HIS SON : JESUS THE MESSIAH. We believe the LORD OUR GOD has called us to deliver the message of Salvation to unbelievers and to bring Restoration to believers around the world. This ministry loves Israel and the Jews. God chose this people to reveal His covenant plan for mankind, the earth and the nations.
We depend on the trust and generosity of others to fund much of what we do.
God's Word tells us that it takes His Church working together to get things done.
